When your family is in Trinidad and Tobago, keeping in touch can start with a simple top-up. eTopUpOnline lets you send prepaid credit to their Digicel number while you are abroad, or recharge your own line before you need it. Choose an available airtime amount, or check the Bundle tab for a suitable package. Most top-ups arrive within seconds after payment approval, although processing can take longer. You can complete your order online without arranging a store visit.

How it works

1. Enter the Digicel number. Confirm that Trinidad and Tobago is selected, then enter the number you want to recharge. Check it with the person receiving the credit, particularly if they have recently changed mobile service.

2. Choose your amount. Select a value from the Top-Up options. If you prefer a package, open Bundle and read the available product details, including minutes, data and validity.

3. Review and pay. Check the number, chosen product and final price. Use an accepted payment method at checkout and keep the confirmation email for your records.

Plans and amounts

As of November 2026, eTopUpOnline lists the standard top-up denominations below. Prices are displayed in US dollars; the product selector shows the corresponding value in Trinidad and Tobago dollars. Check the displayed TTD value and final total when ordering, especially if you are helping someone fund a specific plan. Ask which plan they use and how much credit they need. About Digicel Trinidad and Tobago

Digicel provides mobile service in Trinidad and Tobago, with prepaid options for calls, messages and mobile data. Its prepaid D’ Plans combine different allowances, so the right choice depends on how the person uses their phone. Someone calling other networks may need to check their Anywhere Minutes, while someone using video or messaging apps should check their data allowance.

MyDigicel lets the person using the phone view credit and data balances and manage eligible plans. Digicel also lists *120# for checking the main account balance. For its prepaid D’ Plans, LTE data has a separate balance code: *120*4#.

If you are topping up before a plan renewal, ask the recipient to confirm the required balance and renewal date. Digicel’s plan terms determine which allowances renew or roll over.
